Overview:
Ascendance Trucks is looking for a motivated, full-time Salesforce CRM & Marketing Administrator located in our Harrisburg, PA location. The Salesforce CRM & Marketing Administrator is required to have experience with Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly known as Paradot. Ideal canidates will also hold relevant Salesforce certifications.

```Duties```
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, and data integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations and enhancements
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts
- Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and creating documentation
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features to recommend best practices and improvements
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Familiarity with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components is a plus
- Experience with integration using APIs, particularly with AWS services
- Proficiency in UNIX commands and shell scripting for system administration tasks
- Understanding of system architecture principles including DNS, firewall configuration, and security protocols
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases for data management

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
