The ideal applicant would be well-versed in the Salesforce platform's features and have experience leading Salesforce deployments. The Salesforce Administrator will oversee establishing and executing Salesforce best practices, configuring, and maintaining the Salesforce platform, and working with cross-functional teams to make sure the platform serves business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and implement Salesforce best practices, such as data quality, security, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and information technology teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that meet those requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other business systems as necessary.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics.
- Provide end-user support and training on the Salesforce platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies and recommend new features and functionality that can be leveraged to improve business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce configuration documentation and technical specifications.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide technical guidance to other team members.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Partner with the data organization to manage and maintain Salesforce data, including data cleansing, data deduplication, and data migration.
- Support the production environment and respond to production issues in a timely manner.
- Write Technical Specifications for development teams, as necessary.
- Serve as point of contact for technology issue escalation and communication.
- 8-10 years of technology experience with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Strong understanding of the platform capabilities and limitations.
- Experience in middleware or iPaaS very helpful.
- Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with third-party applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lead technical design sessions and provide technical guidance to other team members.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and build trust across the organization.
- Understanding systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
