Who You Are

  • You are a dynamic professional with a solid foundation in Salesforce administration, and you possess a keen interest in developing your skills further into Salesforce development. Alternatively, you may already be an experienced Salesforce developer with a strong background in Salesforce administration.
  • In the first scenario, you're an ambitious Salesforce Admin eager to expand your skill set into development, understanding that this growth is a journey. In the second, you're a seasoned Salesforce Developer who appreciates the nuances of administration. The salary will reflect your experience and skill set, with a higher range offered for those bringing both advanced development and administration expertise.
  • Candidates located in Washington, DC or the DMV region are strongly preferred, though not required

What You’ll Do

  • As a Salesforce Admin/Developer, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include customizing Salesforce to fit our company's needs, managing user roles and permissions, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity.
  • You will also be involved in developing custom solutions, depending on your skill level and growth in the role. This could include writing Apex code, creating Lighting Web Components, and developing/supporting integrations with other systems.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments, you will assist with gathering and refining requirements, provide Salesforce solutions, and train users to ensure effective use of the platform.
  • Reporting to the Salesforce Program Manager, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical possibilities and practical business solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.
