Our firm is searching for a Full-time IT generalist specifically experienced in Litify/Salesforce. The hours are 830-5pm Monday through Friday, in the RiverEdge NJ location, salary range 80-85k, medical benefits, dental, vision. life insurance, 401k , and summer hours.
IT Generalist Job Requirements
Fast-paced, rapidly growing law firm is looking for an IT generalist to join a small team and be co-responsible for administering and enhancing the firm’s Salesforce implementation while also managing other IT-related responsibilities.
Salesforce duties (60%)
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce implementation
- Train new and existing users on the system and new functionality
- Create reports, dashboards, fields and other new elements
- Create or modify existing Questionnaires, Task Sets, Matter Plans, Merge Documents, cross-object field mapping, Flows and Automations
- Maintain clean data
- Generate scheduled and as-needed reports
- Maximize the firm’s use of Salesforce to fully benefit from all capabilities and efficiencies
Other duties (40%)
- Work in collaboration with staff and Managed Service Provider and vendors to support users
- Assist staff with IT needs as needed
- Set up computers for new staff
- Troubleshoot hardware issues
- Work with vendors as needed to fix, maintain or enhance IT systems
- Minimal travel to other offices in NJ, NY, PA, CT possible at times
- Source new equipment as needed
- Be a general resource around the offices to ensure smooth-running IT systems
- Support all IT systems and hardware
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience as a Salesforce admin
- Strong base of IT capabilities – Jack of all Trades in IT
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects large and small simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to train users
- Problem-solving mindset
- Friendly, approachable demeanor
