Junior Salesforce Administrator

Job Description:
Foundation Software is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in building a career in Salesforce administration and preferably possess or be willing to obtain a Salesforce Associate certification. As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business processes and objectives. This position will be in office, non-remote in Strongsville, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Perform data imports, exports and updates as needed.
• User Management:
  • Support the management of user profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Ensure security and privacy of sensitive date within Salesforce.
• Documentation:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging of Salesforce solutions.
• Support and Training:
  • Provide assistance to end-users, addressing their Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.
• Reports and Dashboards:
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features and best practices.
  • Continue to expand Salesforce development skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of database management and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data import/export tools is a plus.
• All other duties as assigned/needed.
