With 10+ years of solid experience, we are proud to be a global leader in the field of data management. With hundreds of satisfied clients (including Fortune 500 companies) from various industries, we are now growing further across different areas and looking to empower our newly created Revenue Operations team. We are looking for experienced and passionate Salesforce Administrator to come in and lead the full transformation project from the start to the end.
Your challenge
    • Main point of contact in helping lead a CRM migration project from Pipedrive to Salesforce.
    • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
    • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
    • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
    • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
    • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
    • User support tickets.New user and ongoing user training.
    • Working with integrated applications including HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Conga, NetSuite, ZoomInfo, Zoho, Gong, 6Sense and Gainsight.
Is this You?
    • 4+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
    • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
    • Translating requirements into technical solutions.
    • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Familiarity with marketing and sales processes to effectively support the needs of the organization.
    • Curious, active learner who likes to take on challenges and learn new things.
    • Customer obsessed with the desire to continuously improve things for both internal and external audiences.
    • Passionate, independent, proactive and can-do personality.
    • Very good communication and relationship building skills.
    • Ability to work across different functions and levels.
