The HOWSE Designer/Sales Associate is passionate about home design, quality products and is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our sales associates provide consultative design assistance to discover their client’s needs & help create warm and inviting spaces unique to their style & needs.
As a Designer/Sales Associate, you must be highly driven and self-motivated to achieve individually while being a supportive team member to contribute to overall store success and customer satisfaction. Must be highly organized and able to multi-task and maintain a responsive follow-up schedule. HOWSE offers a very lucrative, no-cap compensation plan, allowing you to drive your financial success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in both sales, and to a lesser extent - interior design.
- Ensure monthly individual sales goals are achieved, while contributing to overall store goals.
- Qualify and educate potential design clientele on services offered by HOWSE.
- Schedule, manage, and attend in-home design appointments.
- Develop brand appropriate design presentations; communicating design concepts, space planning and product selections.
- Provide design expertise and execute both small and large scale design projects.
- Be knowledgeable about HOWSE products & services, assist with inventory management, and store merchandising & maintenance.
- Own all phases of the client experience from consultation to end delivery.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
