Form of workGarver’s award-winning in-house Communications Team is looking for a temporary, part-time Graphic Designerto work in the downtown Little Rock office and gain hands-on design experience.
Passionate about applying branding, color, and typography across print and digital platforms? Able to handle multiple projects at a time while remaining flexible and working within tight deadlines? We’re looking for you! Join us in supporting an award-winning AEC firm that’s delivering crucial infrastructure to communities across the U.S. by visually translating ideas and text into appealing design solutions.
Under the direction of Communications Team leadership, your responsibilities will vary (no day will be exactly the same) and include tasks such as:
- Creating brochures, advertisements, apparel, promotional items, presentations, and graphics for print and digital platforms
- Editing photos
- Participating in print production
Requirements:
To be considered, you’ll need to:
- Submit a cover letter outlining your interest along with a digital portfolio of work samples
- Currently hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Have strong organizational skills
- Be available to work 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business need
