Re-Bath of the Midlands is looking for sales personnel interested in joining a competitive, supportive sales team environment. The right person will be motivated, hardworking, detail oriented with strong communication skills. Individuals who have been in a competitive sports environment and respond well to coaching tend to do great in this position.

Employment Type: Full-time position available. Build a relationship with your customer during an in-home sales experience where you generate excitement, offer remodeling and design suggestions, and develop solutions. Complete a full inspection of customers’ bathrooms, take detailed notes, make drawings, and write estimates. ***We will teach, train, and provide everything you need to be successful – you bring a desire to learn and a commitment to follow a proven sales program***

The Position: Design Consultant

Qualifications

• Friendly and engaging, upbeat individual who conveys a warm demeanor and feels comfortable with casual conversation
• Professionalism in attire, attitude, and language
• Reliability and flexibility a MUST, particularly with transportation
• Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Technology skills [iPad Pro] to use multiple programs for presentations and contract writing
• Ability to pass background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Inspect and show your expertise in the remodeling solutions for residential bathrooms (we teach you!)
• Create excitement, develop strong relationships, and write orders
• Develop and maintain customer/client relationships
• Make detailed notes and drawings of the remodel project
• Learn and follow a proven sales program
• Monday-Friday with hours beginning mid-morning into early evening
• Some Saturday availability a MUST

Benefits

• Compensation: $100,000-$200,000/year average earnings
• Commission
