Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our personal training programs.
- Engage with potential clients, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their fitness goals and needs.
- Provide information and guidance on our personal training services.
- Conduct one on one personal training sessions and small group sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist clients in selecting the right personal training packages to meet their individual goals.
- Collaborate with the personal training team to ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new clients.
- Coordinate all billing for the personal training team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, client on-boarding, and billing coordination.
- Contact all members to ensure they have set up their personal training sessions that are included.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills and and organize leads effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive sales training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
