We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and develop our Sales Team for our growing molecular Infectious Disease Testing Laboratory. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coaching, sales strategy, and possess a deep understanding of our lab services. This role directly impacts company revenue by driving sales growth, expanding into new markets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Create accurate sales forecasts and develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance.
  • Territory Management: Design and assign sales territories, manage lead distribution, and optimize territory coverage.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Oversee customer satisfaction and address issues.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support sales growth.
  • Traveling

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, health, laboratory sciences, molecular, microbiology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in laboratory sales, with sales management role.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Expertise in clinical laboratory diagnostics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership ability and the capacity to motivate a team.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
