• Follow up on all leads in a timely manner
• Discover the needs/wants of the buyers, find homes that match their criteria, and show the homes
• Network to find more sales opportunities and contact your "Center of Influence" (social networks, friends, family, etc.)
• Be the expert and trusted advisor
• Work well in a self-directed manner

• Passionate about selling and providing exceptional customer experiences
• TX real estate license or willing to get one
