Sales Lead
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Train and orient new employees on store policies and procedures
- Supervise and motivate Sales Team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure proper stock levels and merchandise display in the store
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for the Sales Team
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in budgeting and managing financial resources
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of cash register operations and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
