Now, we're hiring a Sales Team Lead for our Houston team! This is your chance to get company stocks and be a major part of the fastest-growing Apartment Locating company in the industry!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Effectively lead and manage a team of apartment locators on a daily basis, ensuring each member exceeds performance targets.

• Recruitment: Assist in recruiting top-tier locators to expand our talented team.

• Event Planning & Community Engagement: Plan and execute company events, including parties, award ceremonies, and co-working days (once per week), fostering a positive and engaging team culture.

• Once a week status meeting with VP of Growth: Review of team production, recruitment pipeline and company events traction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment-locating experience.
• Proven track record as a high performer in a sales or leadership role.
• Residence in the greater Houston area.
• Strong planning skills for coordinating events and managing a team.
• Ability to recruit, support, and motivate a team of apartment locators.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Well-connected Locator with a keen understanding of industry trends.
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding targets.

• Base salary (W2 position) - at $3,500 per month or $42,000/year

Salary: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
