Job Description
- Assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts
- Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations, and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within the sales system Wide Orbit
- Makegood any commercials that did not air into future weeks
- Daily contact with Traffic Pricing & Inventory to ensure flawless execution and delivery of agency orders
- Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client DNA (Do Not Air) lists are being followed by Traffic as well as commercial separation
- Coordinate with the Brand Solutions team to carry out advertiser’s creative tag tune-ins and any other specific requests
- Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders are delivered and bill in full
- Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
- Work directly with Finance to help clear billing issues and ensure revenue reconciliation at the end of each billing cycle
- Maintain client database and account list
- 0-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service-focused roles
- Good organization
- Good communication
- Basic Excel (filter, adjust formatting, etc.)
- $20/hr. - $25.69/hr. (W2)
