Hourly Pay: $ 20.53
Shift: 1st – 8a-5p M-F (on-site)
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Position Type: 6 months with option for permanent
Responsibilities:
- Work as the customers advocate and manage all aspects of customer communications within the assigned category.
- Coordinate and collaborates with separate groups within the company (lab scientists, marketing, order fulfillment, shipping, outside sales to meet the needs of the customers.
- Be a main contact for all aspects of customer order fulfillment, which include but are not limited to: sales, technical support, entering and following up sales quotes, customer service, CRM data entry, as well as pre and post sales marketing activities.
- Input, approve, and update customer data in ERP (Sage) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
- Be responsible for lead management, lead follow-up and opportunity closing throughout the territory.
- Once the position becomes permanent, some travel will be required to attend trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science and/or business-related field.
- 1-2 years of previous account management, marketing, sales or customer service experience.
- Order management/ERP software familiarity (Sage, SAP, etc.)
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in an active environment.
- Critical problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude with an ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Customer focused.
