Responsibilities:
-Assist agents with property research and database maintenance
-Manage contracts, timelines, and deadlines
-Prepare marketing packages, proposals & presentations
-Take property photos
-Create spreadsheets
-Schedule and coordinate meetings/communication with external contacts such as clients, vendors, brokers, staff from other real estate brokerages or law firms
-Update property listings on company website and various online platforms
-Respond to online inquiries
-Manage projects & tasks to completion
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Real estate license in the state of North Dakota - not initially required
- Commercial real estate experience

High School

-2-3 years of similar work experience
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Manage and update company contact database
-Ability to follow direction and work efficiently
-Must be detail oriented
-Ability to work independently, as well as thrive in a team environment
-Ability to quickly adapt & learn in a fast-paced environment
-Must be able to manage multiple projects & prioritize tasks
