Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and designers.
- Review and approve electrical deliverables.
- Validate project estimates and track changes.
- Establish design criteria and ensure compliance with standards.
- Plan and organize project work, communicating effectively with the team and clients.
- Monitor project progress and quality standards.
- Delegate tasks based on team members' skills and experience.
- Produce design calculations, sketches, and construction specifications.
- Review vendor drawings and assist in problem resolution.
- Participate in training and professional development programs.
- Identify work sharing opportunities for efficient project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering registration preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
- Proficiency in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in virtual teams and support interoffice collaboration.
