Essential Functions and Responsibilities
You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
You are comfortable handling inbound calls
You are an experienced professional with knowledge customer service best practices.
You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented.
You have strong teamwork and partnering skills for cross collaboration.
You contribute to creating and maintaining good customer service relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.
You can provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
You are comfortable with account managers and helping them develop specific sales strategies.
You are detail oriented and can multitask
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Software: Microsoft Office experience is required, Salesforce and Excel exp is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
