Sales Support Administrator

Salary negotiable based on experience

Signing bonus after 90 days of employment

General Job Description:

Works collaboratively with sales, procurement, operations, and accounting to ensure unsurpassed customer service

• Process purchase and sales orders in CRM database accurately and timely
• Point of contact for other departments for purchase and sales orders
• Follow up with vendors for tracking on shipments
• Process vendor return paperwork for items failed by the test department
• Maintain updated information in the shipping & receiving queue
• Notify sales representative of order delays/problems
• Escalate order issues to sales support manager when necessary
• Assist other members of the sales support team as needed
• Source product and contact vendors for pricing and availability of product
• Process customer RMA's
  

Other duties as assigned to assist team in reaching sales goals and ensuring total customer satisfaction
