General Job Description:
Works collaboratively with sales, procurement, operations, and accounting to ensure unsurpassed customer service
- Process purchase and sales orders in CRM database accurately and timely
- Point of contact for other departments for purchase and sales orders
- Follow up with vendors for tracking on shipments
- Process vendor return paperwork for items failed by the test department
- Maintain updated information in the shipping & receiving queue
- Notify sales representative of order delays/problems
- Escalate order issues to sales support manager when necessary
- Assist other members of the sales support team as needed
- Source product and contact vendors for pricing and availability of product
- Process customer RMA's
Other duties as assigned to assist team in reaching sales goals and ensuring total customer satisfaction
