Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical and supervisory support in selling residential HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Sales Team Empowerment: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to surpass company sales revenue goals. Maintain a Bonus Closing Ratio of 45% to ensure team success.
- Process Enhancement: Assist in developing, implementing, and following through on processes, procedures, and special projects to enhance Sales Team performance.
- Accountability & Performance: Hold bottom performers accountable for the sales process and company procedures. Strive for a minimum sales revenue of $1.8 million/year, averaging $150K/month.
- Team Collaboration: Support Install Coordination, Warehouse, Call Center, and address Sales concerns.
- Personal Development: Invest time in personal development to enhance leadership skills within the department.
- Leadership Goals: Foster an environment that upholds Bell Brothers' high-performance standards. Bring forth positive energy and enthusiasm for the department's success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in the plumbing trade.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; additional education or training in the field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to handle upset clients, implement policies, and find immediate solutions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform manual labor, work in various environments, and handle heavy lifting.
