The Opportunity: Sales Stylist

Our store teams are the heart of Retail For The People. We are seeking top retail talent for a temporary Sales Stylist role for a premium European brand popping up in LA. This chic and popular brand has other locations in NYC, but is moving into the West Hollywood neighborhood to make its mark on the Los Angeles community.
This individual is someone who is a true fashionista at heart. Our ideal Sales Stylist is not only fashion-minded but also tech-savvy, possessing an interest in fabrics, design, and the latest industry trends. We are looking for a someone with an authentic and intimate relationship with fashion, who possesses the emotional intelligence to connect effortlessly with stylish clientele. This role is for someone outgoing, loves people, and finds joy in creating genuine connections with others.

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in a retail store environment. 
• Strong understanding of retail processes and standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for the duration of shift.
• Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a luxury client experience
• Achieve or exceed monthly individual sales goals and KPIs
• Capture meaningful customer data according to company tools
• Evaluate data and develop ways of connecting with the client, building relationships, and personalizing client development opportunities
• Maintain security standards within the store
• Maintain visual display of all products following company visual standards
• Work directly with influencers and celebrities during store events

Metrics of Success:

• Goal achievement in Sales, Conversion, UPT, AUR.
• Timely and efficient task accomplishment.
• Successful collaboration with team members.

Salary: $21 - $24 hourly
