Fashion Stylist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Fashion Stylist to join our team and assist clients in choosing trendy and stylish outfits, ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our store.

As a Fashion Stylist, you will provide personalized customer service, offer fashion recommendations, and curate complete looks that captivate and excite our clientele.

Duties:

• Welcome customers as they enter our store
• Identify clients’ needs and help them find clothing items that fit their body type
• Create complete looks from head to toe to match clients’ style
• Offer personalized styling tips
• Pick and recommend shoes and accessories that complement clients’ outfits
• Inform customers about fashion trends
• Provide product details, including fabrics, wash care instructions, prices and discounts
• Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks
• Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
• Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships
• Comfortable with running the POS and professionally packaging the purchased products.
• Appear on and/or host Live Videos.
• Take product/people photos and videos tocreate eye catching reels and posts.
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week in the store (including 2 weekend day shifts per month to maintain up to date knowledge of the products and customers.
• Promote our App to increase usage and online sales.
• Must be reliable and willing to work retail hours (including some weekend days and holidays).

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Fashion Stylist or similar role in the fashion industry
• Sales experience in retail clothing is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to create looks for different styles, occasions and body types
• Collaborate with Owner and other stylists to stay up-to-date with all fashion trends in outfits, shoes, accessories and makeup
• High school diploma
• Additional certification in Fashion or Merchandise is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Canva and video editing.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
