Job Description
We are seeking IT Software/Hardware and Custom Programming Public Sector and Corporate Enterprise Sales Representatives to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell IT products and services to new K-12 and Higher Education, State, Local, and Federal Government, as well as Corporate customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers by phone, email, and social media - mandatory part of the job
- Executive/decision-maker/buyer rapport and relationship establishment and support leveraged to generate service contracts and hardware/software sales within your territory
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Utilize company sales material to present to customers
- Bring in manufacturer trained experts who we provide access to on your sales calls in helping to close your deals
- You do not need to be an expert in the technologies, but in rapport building and closing sales - we provide the expertise to support you
- Full-time or part-time (however, must meet sales volume requirements)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT/Software/Hardware sales to K-12, Higher Education, State, Local, or Federal government clients or corporate sector with an established customer network
- Aggressive closer, fast learner, warrior lead generator
- Generates innovative marketing strategies, ideas, and methodologies to increase sales
- Proven ability to sell IT/programming services/products
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong elevator pitch and presentation skills targeting executives & IT decision-makers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Competitive, self-starter, hunter-type mentality
- Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic realm, with easy adaptability to a variety of client settings and requirements

- Commission-based with potential to 500K+ for highly motivated sales team members. Commission is paid upon payment to us by the customer.
