The Sales Representative is responsible for Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. He or she will call on business owners, senior-level decision makers, and executives to promote our solutions in support of linens, uniforms, healthcare apparel, mats and mops, restroom services, and promotional product needs. The Sales Representative will develop and present competitive solutions by promoting our reputation, reliability, eco-friendly operational model, and industry stature. He or she is expected to prospect using both conventional and creative means, which includes cold-calling to social networking, in order to build the business base.
In return, we offer a protected local sales territory, car allowance with gas card (or company car), an excellent benefits plan as outlined below, and exceptional sales support (no collections or account management).
COMPENSATION
Base Salary - $65,000-70,000 + commissions. Realistic income: $85-100k

CANDIDATE DETAILS
2+ to 5 years experience
Minimum Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate has previous success in B2B sales, experience selling solutions versus commodities in a highly competitive market, closing skills with a focus on long-term customer retention, a previous total compensation history of at least $60k, a stable work history, experience with contractual business sales (i.e., office equipment, business systems, communication solutions, etc.), and a demonstrated history of continual learning and self-improvement. We are looking for a "hunter."
