We are a boutique managed service provider that specializes in helping firms implement secure Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamic 365 environments. We are Microsoft Partners, who wants small- medium businesses to be able to access enterprise-level solutions.
We now need someone to support the team and we are looking to get onboard an Sales Representative.
Job Descriptions:
- Expand the current customer base by acquiring new clients.
- Oversee the leads database and ensure its continuous updating.
- Demonstrate comprehensive familiarity with the company's service offerings.
- Establish and sustain positive relationships with prospects, aiming to provide exceptional service.
- Pursue and secure new customers through active prospecting.
- Utilize ConnectWise Manage to develop opportunities and draft proposals.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to assess satisfaction levels and explore upgrade possibilities.
- Participate in sales meetings and deliver product presentations.
- Engage in phone calls and email correspondence with warm leads.
- Initiate cold calls to generate fresh leads.
- Maintain an extensive understanding of the company's service offerings.
- Cultivate positive rapport with prospects and strive to provide exemplary service.
- Communicate and furnish sales forecasts to management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales.
- Strong experience in creating proposals is required.
- Experience working with Microsoft Services Partners required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
