Manages all aspects of sales, development and evaluation of procedures and applications which contribute to the overall functions required to promote business.
MAIN JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBLITIES
*Ensure policy and procedures are being followed in accordance to company guidelines
*Represent our company’s products and services, starting with consumer research to identify how
our solutions meet needs
*Accountable for the monitoring and evaluating sales to ensure corporate objectives are metpertaining to sales activity and business growth
*Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on
existing or potential clients
*Conduct cold calls, customer service calls, and follow up calls to meet company guidelines of 20
per day
*Influence, interact, and decision making in dealing with current and potential customers
*Calculate customer bill rates in accordance to company guidelines
*Coordinates with other Manager’s, Supervisor’s, and Corporate Staff to ensure commonality of
purpose and direction
Additional responsibilities will include:
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service andidentification of potential new sales opportunities
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, andmanage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objectionhandling
Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and otherdocumentation as required for executive-level presentations
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling processwith potential customers
