Job Summary

As a TaylorCraft Cabinet Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in the Southeast United States area. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our cabinet doors and components to custom cabinet makers, home builders, contractors, interior designers, and other relevant stakeholders in the construction and remodeling industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional and marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research.

Essential Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Southeast United States area.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and email applications.
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish a plus.
