Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative for our Strength & Mobility Program, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our fitness services to potential clients. If you have a proven track record of Personal Training sales, an unwavering passion for health and fitness, and the ability to build strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various sales channels, including warm calls, cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct consultations and assessments to understand clients' fitness goals, needs, and expectations.
• Create customized fitness solutions tailored to individual client goals, using our Strength & Mobility Program.
• Present and explain our program benefits, pricing options, and membership packages to potential clients.
• Close sales by effectively addressing objections, negotiating terms, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in Personal Training sales.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Personal Training or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Personal Trainer (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Katy, TX 77450: Relocate before starting work (Required)
