The Role: Sales Representative
On the back of double-digit YOY growth, InsideTracker seeks a talented, ambitious, and hungry Sales Rep to join our Sales and Marketing team. You will be responsible for selling directly to consumers (D2C) and existing customers while supporting the sales team in helping build a scalable, data-driven, world-class sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Field sales opportunities and nurture the prospects until close through virtual demos, video communication, and phone calls during work hours
- Clearly articulate the InsideTracker value proposition to leads by building in-depth knowledge of InsideTracker’s full suite of products and their associated features and the benefits for professionals specifically
- Prospect potential InsideTracker Pros, partners, and events
- Manage HubSpot sales pipelines, deal records, and activities and optimize for efficiency
- Partner with internal customer experience team to seamlessly transition relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify industry trends and points in the sales and/or user journey where content or resources would be valuable for education and enablement
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers if needed for further development and closure
- Communicate with internal tech/product, support, and marketing teams to report issues and identify product, content, and enablement opportunities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of demonstrated sales success in a tech-enabled sales environment
- Personal passion for athletic/human performance, biohacking/quantified self, and fitness
- Desire to continuously monitor and improve sales operations and processes for yourself and others to support growth and remove obstacles
- Obsessed with metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Proficient with Hubspot or related CRM tools
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented with an eye for problem identification
- Excellent communication skills, both externally and internally
- A constant curiosity for learning about the product, human performance, nutrition, the health optimization landscape, and market trends

- Hours: Full time, exempt (salaried)
- Reports to: Senior Manager, InsideTracker Pro

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
