This selling position earns a competitive pay of $50,000 - $150,000/yr, comprised of base pay and commissions. A full commission position is available if preferred. We provide great benefits, including 75% of employee medical coverage, 25% of family medical coverage, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401(k) plan, and profit-sharing! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Sales Rep, you're the face of the company! As you communicate with customers, you listen intently to help determine each of their Residential Roofing needs as well as give them price quotes and follow up on each estimate to close the sale. With diligence, you sell and ensure contract fulfillment of roof replacements and repairs to homeowners, property managers, and general contractors. After making a sale, you provide complete and accurate job specifications and customer information to our production team. You also follow up with clients to ensure that their experience was satisfactory. You love providing great customer service, contributing to the company's success, and making great money while doing it!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Selling or managerial experience
- Solid roofing sales background with shingle and flat roof systems
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
