Job Description
Professionally and enthusiastically represents Awesome Entertainment in the community, developing client relationships that promote our company and secure event bookings. Works with clients by telephone and in-office to help them produce successful events and reserve desired rides, attractions, games, concessions and entertainment.
- Full-time, year-round position
- Eligible for robust sales bonus program
- Starting pay $16/hour and higher with sales or event planning experience
- Hourly positions eligible for overtime, holiday and $3/hour shift differential pay
- Possible salaried position with significant sales or event planning experience
- 35-40 hour workweeks with scheduled days off and weekly pay

Our Sales Associates are based in our warehouse business office, working on the phone and greeting walk-in clients. They cultivate client relationships that generate orders for business. A Sales Associate must
- Become familiar with our client services, including Will Call, Delivery/Retrieval, Talent and general Warehouse operations
- Friendly, helpful and outgoing, someone who develops positive, often long-term client relationships
- Professionally and promptly communicates with clients, follows up and meets deadlines, honors commitments
- Maintains professional demeanor, attire, personal grooming and behavior
- Maintains familiarity with our company's products and services, as well as industry trends
- Team player who works collaboratively to ensure successful client events and generate business
- A self-starter and creative problem-solver who takes initiative
- Follows supervisor instructions and all company policies and protocols
- Uses company database and other resources to serve clients
- Accurately records and tracks client bookings, events and payments
- Reports on time as scheduled, ready to work
- Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willing to visit events to troubleshoot issues, reassure clients or otherwise promote our company
- Willing to learn new skills and information
- Excellent iPhone skills
- Basic Mac user experience helpful
- Event planning and sales experience valued
