JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Parts / Inside Sales Representatives work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Parts / Inside sales reps are friendly, well-spoken and ready to close the deal. Generate and process sales through internal and external customer interactions and superior customer service. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representatives can be assigned to support a number of Regional Sales Managers and accounts.

Essential Functions

• Superior Customer Service Skills: Inside sales reps will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them
• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Responsible to reach out to potential new customer by cold calling
• Create superior customer rapport through open and honest communication
• Responsible for closing deals and processing orders accurately
• Responsible for customer follow-up and making out going calls
• Developing leads and referrals to regional sales managers
• Implementations of corporate sales and marketing plans assigned by management
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and profit goals and objectives
• Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
• Assisting all sales personnel in their techniques, training, and projects
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
• Educating customers internal/external through product knowledge and communication skills
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas.
• Continuously Improve Customer Satisfaction (External & Internal)
• Complete required training as assigned.

Work Environment

Working conditions are normal for an office area; working in a close team environment. Interactions with customers over the phone, email, and face to face. Cross department communications with production, engineering, accounting and purchasing is a common occurrence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
