Job Description:
Monsen Engineering is seeking to hire a Geospatial Salesperson with a focus on Scanning and Drone applications for clients in the states of Nevada and Utah. Monsen Engineering is a 45-year supplier to the Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, and Construction industries. We are looking for a safe, self-motivated, and professional multitasker who loves to work with people. This position requires self-prioritization of work and reports to the General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Varied tasks, including but not limited to:
- Work safely with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Meet with clients in person, via web-conferencing, and over the phone.
- Regional overnight travel, typically no more than 2-3 nights at a time.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and excellent listening skills.
- 3+ years of Outside Sales experience and/or Land Surveying experience.
- Connections to the Road Construction or Solar Power industries is a plus.
- Ability to focus on tasks and see them through to completion.
- Basic computer abilities. Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and other business-oriented computer programs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Drivers license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
*This position starts at $50,000 per year plus unlimited sales commissions.
