We are seeking proactive and results-driven Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our outreach efforts by engaging with potential client's door-to-door and securing appointments for our Sales Representatives. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and friendly demeanor will be key in generating leads.

USA Claims Public Adjusting Firm is hiring for this fall and winter season. (Options to join our team as closer after the season is over.)
Positions:
Entry level sales rep: Set roof inspections for our closers. Each claim that gets filed from your appointment is $150.
Closers: Set and sign your own inspections. Each claim that is filed is $300
(Our new sales reps generate 3-5 claims a week.)
(Our seasoned sales reps generate 5-10 claims a week.)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits in designated neighborhoods to introduce our company's products/services and schedule appointments with interested homeowners.
- Engage in positive and informative conversations to highlight the benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns homeowners may have.
- Clearly communicate the purpose of the scheduled appointment and its potential value to the homeowner.
- Accurately record appointment details, homeowner preferences, and any relevant notes to ensure effective follow-up by the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate schedules, track leads, and provide regular updates on appointment-setting progress.
- Uphold a professional and courteous image of the company during all interactions, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products/services to effectively convey their value to potential clients.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance appointment-setting techniques and customer engagement skills.

Pay: $43,200.00 - $144,000.00 per year
