Sales Representative (Cannabis)

ALTVM is a leading player in the Oklahoma cannabis industry. Our company is dedicated to pioneering excellence in the cultivation and distribution of high-quality cannabis products. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the cannabis industry, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the cannabis industry.

2. Present, promote, and sell ALTVM's cannabis products to dispensaries, retailers, and other potential customers.

3. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

6. Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

7. Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

8. Represent ALTVM at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the cannabis industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of cannabis products and the legal landscape in Oklahoma.

3. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.

Compensation

1. Base salary plus commission and an expense account.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,500.00 - $32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 75% travel
