As the primary point of contact for both potential and existing clients, you'll ensure their needs are met, orders are secured, and sales targets are achieved. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Honeycomb brands professionally and engagingly.
- Expand clientele through networking and prospecting.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet revenue goals.
- Match products with client needs using industry expertise.
- Address client inquiries and support the Sales Team.
- Confirm customer details and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Document customer activities and ensure compliance.
- Negotiate prices and generate status reports for review.
- Collaborate on market trends and order processing.
- Engage on Instagram during events.
- Provide feedback and monitor market competition.
- Assist in managing delinquent accounts.
- Collaborate on sales-related projects.
Requirements:
- 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and transport.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, occasional travel required.
- Strong customer relations, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel; CRM experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
