Clearwater Systems is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time position has outstanding earnings potential, with perks such as a company car, iPad, cell phone, and a comprehensive benefits package. Sales appointments come from a mix of house and self-generated leads. This position begins with a training salary and then converts to commission-only. Clearwater wants our Sales Representatives to make over $100,000 per year in commissions and bonuses, and our whole team is committed to helping you achieve this!
Customer Impact: Provides solutions to our customers by educating them on their water quality, provides solutions to improve their water, and offers financing options to maximize their investment. Primary Duties
- Conducts in-home demonstrations, including water testing, plumbing audits, and equipment recommendations.
- Advises customers on purchase options, ensuring they understand cash, financing, and rental programs.
- Prepares and complete sales contracts and service agreements, ensuring the Service Team receives all necessary information for installation.
- Collaborates with support personnel to ensure product availability and schedule installation dates.
- Promotes Clearwater and produced self-generated leads through referrals, follow-ups, events, networking, and business partnerships.
- Provides support to customers facing product issues by coordinating resolutions through the service team.
- Maintains a high closing percentage.
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries from initial appointment through installation and water retest.

Qualifications
- Education/Experience: 2 to 4-year college or trade school preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Ability:
- Read and interpret documents such as price sheets, product literature, and procedure manuals.
- Write sales contracts and correspondence.
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Personality-Sales Professionalism: Personable, enthusiastic, motivated, and maintains a neat, professional appearance.
- Math Ability: Calculate figures, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Reasoning Ability: Applies common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft products – Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams; web-based solutions for in home demonstrations and contract creation; iPad navigation/data processing.
Work Environment:
- Works a non-traditional schedule which often includes evenings and Saturdays.
- Timing of appointments is based on customer availability and may require significant drive times to or between appointments.
- Customer’s homes may have pets, smokers, odors, clutter, or other unpleasant elements.
- May be required to work home improvement shows, fairs, or other venues to promote our products and to set appointments.
Physical Requirements:
- Must travel to customer’s homes for appointments.
- Must be able to enter customer’s home using available entry points.
- Completing the in-home evaluation may include working in basements, crawl spaces or other confining areas.
