We are looking for born leaders to add to our agency who have a passion and purpose for serving others. This position will consist of maintaining an existing client base as well as bringing in new clients and accounts. You will be building relationships with these clients to advise them on financial decisions that will benefit their life and their family's life. We have systems and process in place that if followed will guarantee success in this role. Promotion to a leadership position is possible in the first 90 days. Said promotion would give you the opportunity to lead a team of individuals to success outside of your own successes. Requirements for the Sales Representative role:
- Maintain knowledge
- Create relationships with existing and future clients
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self discipline and time management skills
- Desire to reach goals on a personal and professional level
- Ability to function in a high paced, ever changing environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid drivers license
- Must have a Windows operating laptop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
