Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities. This is an outside sales role, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Duties:
- Conduct technical sales presentations to potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong business development skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

Commissions ranging from 10 to 13%, 50% paid up front and 50% upon job completion every two weeks.
