Sales Representative

Hello! We are CSUSA a premiere private security company that provides elite security personnel for buildings, construction sites and selected person(s). We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Miami Team! This is not a typical sales job, we prefer someone who is looking for a long term career! You will be backed by a very supportive back office and management team. We thrive in over delivering to our clients and want someone who is looking to do the same. Our goal to make every customer you turn to our service beyond satisfied. There is alot we do on the backend for you as well, over here you dont have to worry about getting a raise, if you putting in the effort, we give them automatically with many bonuses. We want you to enjoy what you do, the least we can do is make that possible and make everyone involved included our clients beyond satisfied.

Basic Daily Tasks:

• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Monday-Friday, no weekends
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Be in the field speaking to potential clients and prospects
• Be there when your clients need you

​Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years minimum outside sales experience required
• Experience in the security guard space preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Motivated
• Able to excel independently
• Hardworking in the dark
• Must have a vehicle
• Clean Background
