Job Description
- Rapidly grow the company’s sales pipeline, forecast time to close and revenue
- Meet overall sales financial objectives by preparing monthly and annual sales projections and supporting expense budgets
- Utilize CRM solution to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates along with predictable and precise sales forecasts
- Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
- Identify new opportunities and innovations that generate additional sales profitability and growth
- 2-5 years sales experience, ideally within in the Grocery or Convenience Store channels of trade
- Experience working with national chains of 30 stores or more and with National wholesalers/distributors
- Proven track record of bringing in new business and breaking into new channels of trade
- Must travel often
- Located within a day’s drive of Selma, AL plant—must be able to travel to Selma for various meetings 1-2x/month, as needed; will meet on zoom or in person with CEO weekly
- Reports to the Chief Executive Officer for all job functions
- Base salary $65,000
