What You'll Do:
As the Sales Representative you will research, plan and execute on sales initiatives to meet and exceed company sales and profit goals.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Researches, qualifies and follows up on leads to maintain a steady sales funnel and continuously drive sales.
- Develops, plans and executes sales initiatives and strategies assuring they are aligned to the organizational revenue and profitability goals.
- Coordinates with internal departments to communicate important art design and branding information to ensure it meets the customer's vision.
- Creates and reviews the final proposal to ensure it aligns with the project budget and business profit objectives.
- Presents final proposal and design work to customers, negotiating items as needed, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and sale success.
- Provides ongoing service and customer consultation to keep the accounts satisfied for a long-term partnership by being reliable and available where needed for optimal service.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Associate Degree preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of sign, graphic design, or marketing related B2B sales experience preferred. Construction, architectural, estimating, and project management backgrounds would also relate to this role.

- Functional Skills: Strong research, planning, organization, follow through, and execution skills; ability to communicate clearly and execute professional selling skills to provide consultative selling with persuasive sales techniques. Strong math skills and experience budgeting, creating proposals, and aligning activities to meet goals. Strong attention to detail and follow through. Effective at problem-solving and providing solutions to clients.
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient MS Office and CRM experience.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as solid presentation skills.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Customer-focused, self-driven, and motivated; able to work independently and in teams; active listener who can document and communicate critical information; proven achievement in exceeding job expectations and driving results. Strong networking, influencing, negotiating, collaboration and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow the customer base. Ability to learn quickly along with strong collaboration skills.

Other Important Information:
Pay/Salary: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise. There is also a Commission plan to recognize achievements!

Reports To: Sr. Sales Manager
Core Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (schedule can be flexible; will work approx. 8 hours within this timeframe)
Typical Work Week: M-F Typically; 40 - 45 hours a week on average

Travel: Approximately 50% Local Travel (Overnight travel will be less than 10%)
