We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Strong knowledge of the local market in
- Previous experience in Retail Sales is preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Jewelry sales experience is desirable
- Ability to handle stock inventory efficiently
- Proficiency in technology sales, including computers, smartphones, and other electronic devices
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities are an asset, especially if you can communicate in languages commonly spoken by our customers
