Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to coordinate overall Outside Sales in Louisville, KY/Cincinnati and surrounding areas. The core function of this role is to grow our current customer base and continue to build relationships with existing customers. We are in search of a self-motivated individual with a track record of initiative, sales experience, and proficient computer skills including CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as bring new business into your territory
• Identify customers needs and create appropriate proposals
• Use CRM to manage daily schedule and sales territory
• Onboard new customers
• Close sales
• Customer portal entry & management
• Involvement in local professional organizations
• Cultivating and managing customer relationships
• Making cold calls to prospective customers
• Follow sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers

Qualifications

• Required minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Highly enthusiastic worker with a positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to organize requests and efficiently prioritize responsibilities
• Remarkable attention to detail, coupled with ability to meet and exceed critical deadlines
• Ability to cultivate critical relationships and perform in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment
• Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
• Ability to effectively present and communicate information
• Comfortable and confident working independently or with minimal supervision

The territory for this position includes but is not limited to Louisville, Ky and surrounding areas including Southern Indiana.

Specific Waste Industries provides medical and pharmaceutical waste removal services to hospitals and other medical facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year + commission
