Health Supply 770, one of Florida's fastest-growing medical supplies companies, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment, carefully selected by our experienced sales reps and warehouse staff with years of combined experience in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular onsite visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, and medical offices to understand their needs and challenges.
- Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:
- Stay informed about the latest medical supplies and equipment in our product portfolio.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Offer consultative sales support, understanding customer requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize overall sales performance.
- Order Processing and Follow-up:
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, working closely with the logistics and customer service teams.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our product offerings.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Participate in sales meetings to discuss progress and collaborate on strategies for improvement.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical supplies or related healthcare sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $32,991.12 - $139,567.76 per year
