Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our building design and small business networking company. You will be granted access to a database of thousands of large projects, as well as access to our platform for building design businesses. You will engage with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, homeowners, and developers to understand their needs and promote our comprehensive suite of design solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the success and growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, developers, etc.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our architectural, structural engineering, MEP engineering, drafting, AI innovative applications.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.

- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the building design or construction industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Compensation and Benefits:

• You will start at $25/hour for up to 15 hours/week, or $375/week.
• You will get 5% commission for each sale you make. On average, each project budget ranges from $2500 to over $10,000. You can make up to 10 sales a month, depending on your efforts.
• This position is fully remote, except there could be local meetings once or twice a year.
• You will have a flexible schedule, except when there's a company meeting to attend.
• As sales progress, we can increase your hours or convert you to a full-time position.
