Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Assist with sales efforts by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Experience in sales or account management is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
