### Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. ### Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and technical sales techniques
### Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Business development mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent account management skills to build long-term customer relationships
- Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
