Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Deroose Plants is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Market Development
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Participate and Represent Deroose Plants in Trade Shows
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Serve as a Main point of contact for all customers and prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Able to Travel throughout the United States on a regular basis.
• Forecast the needs of our existing inventory (Whether to increase or decrease production based on market conditions and past sales)
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Education and Experience:

• Must meet minimum age requirement for regular employment at Deroose Plants Inc.
• 2-5 years of experience Sales Skills
• Strong administration, organizational, and knowledge of Sales, Customer Relations, and Account Management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
• Able to take initiative (in introducing our products and concepts to customers)
• Planning and Forecast Skills
• Good Writing and Communication skills
• Self – Motivated
• Computer Literate
• Basic Math Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
